Rungboard is a local-first job application tracker for roles, stages, follow-ups, interviews, tasks, reminders, archive state, and CSV history export. Use support when saved records, reminder behavior, archive or delete behavior, export, localization, or app wording does not match what you see in the app.

Rungboard support can help with the tracker itself. It does not provide job board services, recruiter services, employer ATS integration, resume writing, AI cover letters, career coaching, job matching, application submission, interview advice, immigration advice, salary negotiation advice, or employer-system sync.

Before contacting support

• Check that the role, stage, follow-up, interview, task, or note was entered as intended.
• Confirm whether notification permission was allowed or denied before reporting reminder behavior.
• Review archive, restore, and delete actions before assuming a record was lost.
• Review any CSV history export before sharing it outside the app.
