Rungboard is a local-first job application tracker. The current product boundary is no account, no ads, no backend, no cloud sync, no job-board scraping, no employer ATS integration, no recruiter marketplace, no AI resume writing, and no remote processing of your search history.
Information you enter
Rungboard can store role titles, company names, stages, follow-ups, interviews, tasks, notes, next-step reminders, notification state, archive state, delete actions, local search history, locale settings, and CSV export contents that you choose to create.
Storage and sharing
Rungboard is designed to keep roles, notes, reminder state, archive state, and related tracker data on the current device. Job-search records and exports do not leave the device through Rungboard unless you choose to export or share them.
Job-search records and reminders
Locale settings can affect language, date formatting, and wording. Rungboard does not use locale settings to submit applications, scrape job boards, write resumes, sync with employer systems, provide career advice, or connect to an ATS.
Support requests
If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request. Do not send full resumes, cover letters, job offers, recruiter emails, employer contact details, salary details, personal identity documents, immigration records, login credentials, or sensitive job-search notes unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
What Rungboard does not use
Rungboard does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, account tracking, hosted sync, job-board APIs, employer ATS APIs, recruiter marketplace data, resume-writing services, coaching services, or remote AI processing in the current product boundary.
Your choices
You control what roles, stages, notes, reminders, archive state, exports, and shared records you enter, keep, delete, export, or share. Review exports before sending them to another person or storing them outside the app.
