SpecPour क्या करता है

SpecPour आपको वेन्यू के अपने ingredient costs दर्ज करने, cocktail recipes बनाने, प्रति pour लागत गणना करने, batches scale करने, हाल में समीक्षा न की गई लागत देखने और staff-ready specs export करने में मदद करता है।

पहला spec

1. package size, package cost, unit, supplier note और tax-inclusive या tax-exclusive setting के साथ ingredient जोड़ें। 2. recipe जोड़ें और जरूरत होने पर ingredients, amounts, method, glassware, garnish, prep notes और batch size चुनें। 3. परिणाम पर भरोसा करने से पहले गणना-विवरण देखें। 4. अपना target pour-cost percentage, rounding style और final menu price खुद चुनें। 5. हाल में समीक्षा न की गई लागत की warnings देखने के बाद ही staff spec export करें।

Locale और unit settings

SpecPour आपके locale के लिए currency, decimal separators और metric या U.S. unit defaults format कर सकता है। इन settings का मतलब यह नहीं है कि ऐप आपके local supplier costs, tax rules, deposits, service charges या alcohol-pricing rules जानता है।

Cost freshness

Ingredient costs को user-entered facts माना जाता है। अगर किसी ingredient की हाल में समीक्षा नहीं हुई है, तो SpecPour export से पहले warning दे सकता है और दिखा सकता है कि कौन-सी recipes उस ingredient पर निर्भर हैं।

SpecPour क्या नहीं करता

SpecPour local ingredient prices, distributor catalogs, tax/GST rules, alcohol-pricing law, happy-hour compliance, POS data, ordering, inventory variance या market price benchmarks maintain नहीं करता।

क्या SpecPour मेरी local ingredient prices जानता है?

नहीं। ingredient prices वेन्यू-specific होते हैं। आप bottle/package costs, supplier notes, शामिल करने योग्य taxes या fees, और उन numbers की review date दर्ज करते हैं।

वेन्यू bottle/package cost, supplier/vendor, tax-inclusive या tax-exclusive setting, sales tax या GST assumptions, service-charge assumptions, target pour-cost percentage, menu price rounding style, final menu price, local legal/compliance judgment और promo या happy-hour treatment own करता है।

SpecPour live vendor pricing से क्यों बचता है?

Live vendor pricing ऐप को data और integration product बना देगा, जिसमें cost, support burden और liability surface अधिक होगा। V1 जानबूझकर local calculator और staff spec tool है।

क्या मैं staff specs export कर सकता हूँ?

क्या मेरा data synced है?

V1 में नहीं। build candidate local-first है: account, backend, global ingredient database या cloud sync requirement नहीं है।
