YardMark is a local fabric-to-pattern cut-readiness worksheet. Use support when worksheet records, fabric facts, pattern requirements, warning explanations, readiness verdicts, remnant updates, exports, or localized wording do not match the app.

YardMark support does not provide garment-fit guarantees, cutting layouts, fabric recommendations, pattern drafting, sewing instruction, fabric or pattern sales, marketplace support, community moderation, AI pairing, visual search, OCR extraction, cloud sync, or professional sewing advice.

Before contacting support

• Check the fabric amount, unit, width, stretch, fabric type, nap or directional print, prewash state, and notes you entered.
• Check the pattern name, view, size, required amount, required width, recommended fabric type, stretch requirement, notions checklist, and notes you entered.
• Review the warning and verdict shown on the worksheet before contacting support.
• If the issue involves an export or remnant update, compare the current worksheet with the exported or saved copy.
