Sillkeep is a local-first houseplant care scheduler and widget app for plant records, care schedules, due tasks, logging, snoozing, skipping, notes, photos, reminders, widgets, and export. Use support when reminders, widgets, logging, snoozing, skipping, deleting, photo history, export, localization, or app wording does not match the in-app boundary.

Sillkeep support does not identify plants, diagnose diseases, prescribe treatment, provide toxicity advice, provide pesticide guidance, connect to hardware sensors, sell plants, provide expert chat, replace your judgment, or provide plant-health emergency advice.

Before contacting support

• Check the plant record, care task, schedule, last logged action, snooze, or skip state before reporting reminder behavior.
• Confirm whether notification permission was allowed or denied before reporting notification behavior.
• Compare widget state with the in-app care queue if a widget looks stale.
• Review photo history separately and review JSON or CSV export contents before sharing them outside the app.

Do not send private home photos, location details, health-sensitive household information, payment information, full plant history exports, or photos that reveal people or private spaces unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
