Shedledger Support

Shedledger is a local-first tool shelf and project-readiness tracker for saved tools, storage locations, size or spec notes, conditions, quantities, local photos, readiness decisions, short project checklists, local reminders, and CSV export. Use support when records, photos, readiness labels, reminders, export, localization, or app wording does not match the in-app boundary.

Shedledger support does not provide project management, project instructions, safety planning, code requirements, contractor estimating, tax inventory, insurance documentation, warranty tracking, store integration, price tracking, barcode lookup, receipt management, contractor bids, or shared inventory services.

Before contacting support

• Check that the saved tool name, storage location, size or spec note, condition, quantity, and photo were entered as intended.
• Review readiness labels such as Owned, Not recorded, Borrow, Rent, Buy, and Check later before relying on a project checklist.
• Confirm whether notification permission was allowed or denied before reporting reminder behavior.
• Review any CSV export before sharing it outside the app.

Do not send private home photos, exact storage layouts, serial numbers, receipts, insurance inventories, contractor records, project plans, security-sensitive details, or full export files unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
