JobActuals is a completed-job actuals ledger for revenue, actual costs, labor-cost input, notes, and gross margin review. Use support when job closeout math, formula traces, cost fields, export behavior, localization, or app wording does not match the app.

Support can help with app behavior, not job pricing, invoices, payments, payroll, accounting, tax, legal, permit, safety, or compliance decisions.

Before contacting support

• Check that the completed job label, trade or category, date, and optional location or customer label were entered as intended.
• Review final invoice amount, paid amount, retainage, change-order changes, and other revenue fields before relying on the result.
• Review materials, labor-cost input, subcontractors, travel, fees, payment processing, callbacks, and other costs.
• Review the formula trace and any export before sharing it outside the app.
