JobActuals is a completed-job margin review tool designed to keep records on your device. It does not require an account, sync records through JobActuals, connect to accounting systems, run payroll, send invoices, process payments, or show ads.
Information you enter
JobActuals can store completed job labels, trade or category labels, dates, optional location or customer labels, final invoice amounts, paid amounts, retainage, change-order changes, actual costs, labor-cost inputs, subcontractor costs, travel, fees, payment processing costs, callback costs, notes, tags, margin bands, formula traces, and export contents that you choose to create.
Storage and sharing
JobActuals is designed to keep completed-job records, revenue fields, cost fields, labor-cost inputs, notes, tags, formula traces, and exports on the device. These records do not leave the device through JobActuals unless you choose to export or share them.
Visible margin math
Locale settings can affect language, currency formatting, decimal separators, and date formatting. You still decide how to use each closeout record outside the app.
Support requests
If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request. Do not send real customer names, full invoices, contracts, payroll records, tax records, banking details, lien documents, employee records, confidential margin targets, or sensitive business records unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
What JobActuals does not use
JobActuals does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, account tracking, hosted sync, accounting sync, payroll processing, payment processing, invoice delivery, tax filing systems, or estimating engines.
Your choices
You control what completed-job facts, cost assumptions, notes, tags, formula traces, and exports you enter, keep, delete, export, or share. Review exports before sending them to a bookkeeper, accountant, partner, or other person.
