Gaugewise is a local yarn-fit calculator and decision record for knitters and crocheters. Use support when calculation explanations, field labels, units, saved decisions, text exports, CSV snapshots, warnings, localization, or local storage behavior do not match the in-app wording.

Gaugewise support can explain how the app calculates and what the fields mean. It cannot provide individualized pattern adjustment, fit, sizing, yarn choice, substitution, brand, seller, color-match, finished-size, yardage, or professional craft advice.

Before contacting support

• Check the pattern facts, yarn facts, swatch measurements, stash quantity, buffer, and warnings you entered.
• Review whether row gauge, blocking, repeat rounding, dye lot, grams, ounces, or unavailable outputs affect the result.
• Compare the saved decision, text export, or CSV snapshot with the current worksheet before contacting support.
• Confirm that the request is about Gaugewise behavior, wording, calculation explanation, localization, or local storage rather than a specific pattern adjustment or yarn recommendation.
