CrateKeep is a local-first proof packet tool for one exact vinyl record copy. Use support when copy proof packet fields, evidence slots, provenance notes, care history, packet completeness, export behavior, localization, or app wording does not match the in-app boundary.

CrateKeep support does not provide record appraisals, market values, resale estimates, investment advice, tax advice, authenticity certification, insurance approval, automatic grading, turntable calibration, marketplace listing support, or Discogs replacement services.

Before contacting support

• Check that the record identity, copy-specific notes, and storage location were entered by you.
• Review the evidence slots for front cover, back cover, spine, labels, inserts, receipt, defects, dead wax or runout marks, and storage evidence.
• Confirm that provenance, purchase, condition, and care history notes are the facts you meant to record.
• Review packet completeness and export contents before sharing the packet outside the app.
