RenoTally is a private renovation cost-change ledger. It helps you record what changed, what it cost, what you have paid, and what is still unpaid.

Overview

RenoTally is a private renovation cost-change ledger. It helps you record what changed, what it cost, what you have paid, and what is still unpaid.

It does not recommend prices, assess quotations, choose contractors, calculate materials, provide construction guidance, process payments, or give legal, tax, insurance, accounting, building permit, code, or safety advice.

These totals are for personal organization and conversation prep. They are not official legal, tax, insurance, accounting, warranty, building permit, code, or construction records.

Information you enter

Create one project for a renovation or repair, such as a kitchen refresh, bathroom renovation, roof leak repair, or exterior work. Add a simple title, status, dates, and notes.

You do not need to enter a real address, contractor contact, or legal project name.

change events or scope changes

Use an allowance entry when a planned amount changes because of a selection or substitution.

For example, if a tile allowance was PHP 1,200 and the selected tile costs PHP 1,875, RenoTally records the +PHP 675 delta. It does not recommend which tile, fixture, appliance, or material you should choose.

Attach receipts, invoices, quotations, or progress photos to the exact event they belong to. Attachments stay part of your local records unless you export or share them.

Avoid adding sensitive information you do not need for your personal record.

Use reminders for neutral due dates, decision deadlines, and follow-ups. A reminder is only a prompt to review your own records.

RenoTally does not tell you whether to pay, withhold, dispute, or approve anything.

Storage and sharing

Attach receipts, invoices, quotations, or progress photos to the exact event they belong to. Attachments stay part of your local records unless you export or share them.

Avoid adding sensitive information you do not need for your personal record.

Use local delete or reset controls to remove projects, ledger events, reminders, attachments, and cached exports created by the app.
