JobActuals is a completed-job actuals app for small contractors who want to review final revenue, actual costs, labor-cost input, cost buckets, notes, and gross margin after a job closes. Completed jobs stay on the device unless you export or share them.

Use support when entry, formula trace, cost bucket behavior, on-device storage, export, deletion, localization, or app wording does not match the app text. Support can help with app behavior, not job pricing, invoices, payments, payroll, accounting classification, tax, legal, permit, safety, or compliance decisions.

Before contacting support

  • Check the completed-job record for missing optional fields.
  • Review the formula trace and confirm the revenue, cost buckets, rollup categories, and labor-cost input included in the result.
  • Confirm whether custom cost bucket labels, archived buckets, or trade/job-type labels are being shown exactly as entered.
  • Confirm whether an export was created by the app or edited after export.
  • Redact customer names, job addresses, invoice details, receipts, notes, subcontractor names, and other sensitive business details from examples.

Do not send customer names, site addresses, invoice values, revenue or cost amounts, payroll details, subcontractor details, notes, CSV files, exports, or screenshots that identify a real job unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

App scope

JobActuals keeps user-entered completed-job facts and calculates gross profit and gross margin from those facts. Custom cost bucket names and trade or job-type labels are user data; localized starter bucket names and app controls are app text. You enter the job facts and decide how to use them.
