JobActuals Privacy Policy

Overview

JobActuals is a completed-job actuals app designed to keep completed jobs on your device. It does not require an account, show ads, sync completed jobs through JobActuals, process payments, send invoices, run payroll, or connect to accounting systems.

Information you enter

JobActuals can store job labels, trade or job-type labels, job date, optional location or customer label, final invoice amount, paid amount, retainage or holdback, approved change orders, cost bucket labels, cost bucket rollup categories, materials, labor-cost inputs, subcontractors, equipment rental, travel, disposal, fees, payment fees, return visits, rework, other costs, notes, tags, margin reasons, formula traces, and export text that you choose to create.

Storage and sharing

JobActuals is designed to keep completed jobs on the device. Completed-job facts, customer labels, trade or job-type labels, cost bucket labels, amounts, costs, notes, formula inputs, formula results, tags, and export contents do not leave the device through JobActuals unless you choose to export or share them.

Exports

CSV and PDF-style exports are completed-job review files you choose to create and share. Exports may contain sensitive business information, including custom cost bucket labels, trade or job-type labels, visible bucket labels, stable bucket IDs, rollup categories, and amounts. Review exported job details before sending them to another person. JobActuals exports are not official tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, legal, payment, permit, safety, or compliance records.

User-facing data inventory

• Persisted records: Active and archived completed jobs, trade or job-type labels, cost bucket labels, revenue fields, cost rows, formula traces, notes, tags, and margin reasons stay on this device.
• Transient search and filters: Ledger search and filters narrow the visible list only; JobActuals does not store search-query history.
• Generated exports: CSV and PDF exports are generated from completed-job records when you request them.
• Cached or prepared exports: Cached CSV/PDF export files can stay in the app cache for a job and are deleted when that job is deleted or when all closeouts are reset.
• Notification state: None. JobActuals does not schedule reminders or notification alerts.
• Recent history: No separate recent-history list. Archived jobs are saved records, not hidden recent history.
• Clear or reset controls: Use job archive/delete controls or Reset all closeouts to remove active and archived jobs, labels, cost buckets, notes, formula traces, and cached CSV/PDF export files.

Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics

JobActuals imports the shared analytics wrapper, but the current app runtime creates it with analytics disabled. Product events are therefore not emitted by this app build.

The app's local event names are limited to workflow states such as create, update, archive, export, reminder, attachment, calculator, support, or screen events. They must not include completed-job labels, customer or site labels, revenue values, cost bucket amounts, trade labels, notes, tags, reminders, CSV rows, and export content.

Debug builds used by developers may print the event name and analytics pipeline to the local debug console. Release builds do not write these analytics logs. JobActuals does not include a third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, attribution SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, IDFA use, App Tracking Transparency prompt, account tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Apple may separately provide App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or aggregate App Analytics reports through Apple-operated systems, App Store account controls, iOS privacy settings, or diagnostic settings. Those Apple-operated reports are separate from JobActuals' local analytics wrapper. The App Store privacy label lists data Darts Creative collects through its own systems, such as user-initiated support emails, and does not treat local-only event names as uploaded analytics or tracking.

Support requests

If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.

Support screenshots, logs, and email attachments can include private app data if you include them. Do not send customer names, site addresses, invoice values, revenue or cost amounts, payroll details, subcontractor details, notes, CSV files, exports, or screenshots that identify a real job unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

What JobActuals does not use

JobActuals does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, account tracking, cross-app tracking, hosted sync, cloud backup, payment processing, payroll processing, accounting sync, invoice delivery, contractor lead generation, or field-service dispatch.

Your choices

You control what you enter, keep, edit, delete, export, or share. Use local deletion or reset controls for completed jobs you no longer want to keep. Review exports before sharing because they may include job facts, amounts, costs, notes, dates, and other business details.
