YardMark is an on-device worksheet for checking whether a fabric is ready to cut for a specific pattern. It helps you record fabric facts, pattern requirements, sewing warnings, a readiness verdict, and a remnant update before buying, washing, cutting, or storing fabric.

YardMark does not guarantee garment fit, create cutting layouts, recommend the best fabric, sell patterns or fabric, host a sewing community, use AI, sync your records, or provide professional sewing advice.

YardMark does not make body fit decisions, alteration decisions, cutting layouts, or garment fit guarantees. It only organises the fabric and pattern facts you enter and shows readiness states backed by warnings.

YardMark does not recommend fabric or style choices. Check the pattern and fabric instructions before deciding.

Getting Help

• Start one worksheet for one fabric and one pattern view or size. Give the worksheet a short title so you can find it later.
• Record the fabric amount, unit, width, stretch, fabric type, nap or directional print, prewash status, location or source note, and any private notes.
• Record the pattern name, brand or source note, view, size, required amount, required width, recommended fabric type, stretch requirement, notions checklist, and notes.
• YardMark can flag missing or risky facts such as insufficient amount, width mismatch, stretch mismatch, nap or directional print, unconfirmed prewash status, or incomplete pattern requirements.
• Export or share a summary for personal shopping, planning, or cutting reference. The summary should include inputs, assumptions, warnings, verdict, and a reminder to check the pattern and fabric instructions.
