CircuitPocket is a local-first low-voltage calculator for repeated bench math such as Ohm's law, LED resistor choice, voltage dividers, series and parallel resistance, impedance, reactance, resistor color codes, and bounded voltage-drop reference. Use support when math results, formula explanations, unit labels, localization, recent calculations, or saved setup behavior do not match the wording inside the app.

CircuitPocket support does not provide electrical code advice, NEC interpretation, local wiring rules, electrician field guidance, mains wiring design, breaker sizing, conduit guidance, permit guidance, inspection support, safety certification, or regulated installation review.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that you chose the calculator that matches the electrical question you are trying to answer.
• Check the values and units you entered before relying on the result.
• Review the formula explanation and unit labels shown in the app.
• If the issue involves a saved setup, compare the saved values with the current inputs before contacting support.

Do not send site names, customer details, wiring photos, job notes, exact installation details, saved setup values, or screenshots that could identify a real electrical project unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
