YardMark Privacy Policy

Overview

YardMark is local-first. The current app has no account, server backend, cloud sync, collaboration, external API, ads, or tracking feature.

Nothing leaves the device through the current core workflow unless you explicitly export or share a summary. Analytics, logs, support, and crash reports should not include fabric names, pattern names, notes, photos, source details, exact prices, or exports.

Information you enter

Record the fabric amount, unit, width, stretch, fabric type, nap or directional print, prewash state, location or source note, and any private notes.

YardMark does not currently attach photos. Use notes, fabric type, and location or source labels as the safe record.

Record the pattern name, brand or source note, view, size, required amount, required width, recommended fabric type, stretch requirement, notions checklist, and notes.

Pattern and fabric instructions remain the source to check before cutting. YardMark only organises the facts you enter.

Use local delete or reset controls to remove worksheets, fabric cards, pattern requirements, notes, warnings, verdicts, remnant updates, cached exports, and preferences created by the app.

If you exported or shared a file outside the app, delete that copy from where you saved or sent it.

What should I do before cutting?

Confirm the recorded facts against the pattern and fabric instructions. If stretch, nap, direction, width, amount, prewash, size, view, or layout is uncertain, keep the worksheet in needs check or hold.

Support requests

If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.

What YardMark does not use

YardMark does not guarantee garment fit, create cutting layouts, recommend the best fabric, sell patterns or fabric, host a sewing community, use AI, sync your records, or provide professional sewing advice.

YardMark does not use AI matching, visual search, OCR extraction, generative styling, or sharing with third-party AI services.

YardMark is intended as a one-off paid App Store app with no subscription, in-app purchase, paywall, trial, offer, restore-purchase flow, or subscription terms.

Your choices

Use local delete or reset controls to remove worksheets, fabric cards, pattern requirements, notes, warnings, verdicts, remnant updates, cached exports, and preferences created by the app.

If you exported or shared a file outside the app, delete that copy from where you saved or sent it.

Export or share a summary for personal shopping, planning, or cutting reference. The summary should include inputs, assumptions, warnings, verdict, and a reminder to check the pattern and fabric instructions.

Exports are personal sewing records. They are not professional instructions, safety records, or proof that a garment will fit.
