ShedLedger Privacy Policy

Overview

ShedLedger keeps tool, supply, project checklist, reminder, and catalog work on your device. It is built for local home-shelf planning without a ShedLedger account, hosted sync, ads, or checkout inside the app.

Information You Enter

ShedLedger uses the tool or supply names, storage locations, category labels, size or spec notes, conditions, quantities, project checklist rows, reminder notes, reminder due dates, reminder alert state, local photo reference text, CSV rows, and other notes you enter to provide the app workflow.

Storage And Services

Saved tools and supplies, catalog labels, project checklist rows, reminder due dates, reminder alert state, import/export review state, and local photo references stay on this device unless you choose to export, screenshot, or share them outside the app. ShedLedger does not retain image files for those references.

CSV import and export are local review and sharing tools. Imported item names, storage locations, category labels, specs, notes, and other CSV values stay on device unless you choose to export or share them. ShedLedger does not require a product account, hosted sync, store integration, contractor estimating, insurance inventory service, or purchase processing inside the app.

User-facing data inventory

• Persisted records: Saved tool and supply records, storage locations, category labels, size or spec notes, condition notes, quantities, local photo reference text, project plan decisions, project checklist rows, reminder dates, reminder alert state, and catalog labels stay on this device.
• Transient search and filters: Index search and filters narrow the visible list only; ShedLedger does not store search-query history.
• Generated exports: CSV export text and import/export preview rows are generated from saved records and imported rows when you use those tools.
• Cached or prepared exports: Import/export preview state stays local until confirmed, replaced, cleared, or local data is reset; exported/shared files outside the app are controlled outside ShedLedger.
• Notification state: Reminder notes, due dates, alert state, and pending notification requests can be stored with item records. iOS notification permission controls alert delivery.
• Recent history: No separate recent-history list. Archive state is part of saved records.
• Clear or reset controls: Use record archive/delete/restore controls and clear local data to remove saved items, archived items, catalog labels, reminder state, import/export preview state, and local photo references.

Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics

ShedLedger includes a first-party local analytics wrapper for privacy-safe product event names. Those events do not leave the device, are not persisted by the app, and are not sent to a remote analytics service because the default analytics sink is empty.

The app's local event names are limited to workflow states such as create, update, archive, export, reminder, attachment, calculator, support, or screen events. They must not include tool and supply records, catalog labels, project checklist rows, reminder dates, reminder alert state, local photo references, import review state, CSV rows, and export previews.

Debug builds used by developers may print the event name and analytics pipeline to the local debug console. Release builds do not write these analytics logs. ShedLedger does not include a third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, attribution SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, IDFA use, App Tracking Transparency prompt, account tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Apple may separately provide App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or aggregate App Analytics reports through Apple-operated systems, App Store account controls, iOS privacy settings, or diagnostic settings. Those Apple-operated reports are separate from ShedLedger's local analytics wrapper. The App Store privacy label lists data Darts Creative collects through its own systems, such as user-initiated support emails, and does not treat local-only event names as uploaded analytics or tracking.

Support Requests

If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.

Support screenshots, logs, and email attachments can include private app data if you include them. Do not send home storage photos, tool serial numbers, project notes, reminder details, receipts, insurance inventory details, exact storage locations, CSV files, export previews, or screenshots that identify a home or workshop unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

Your Choices

You can delete saved tools and supplies, project rows, local photo references, reminder dates, pending reminder alerts, and catalog labels with the controls available in the app. You can also remove the app from the device through iOS.
