SpecPour is a local-first cocktail costing and staff spec calculator for bars, pop-ups, and beverage teams. Use support when cost math, custom unit conversion, unit catalog behavior, cost-book share text, staff spec sharing, local workspace behavior, stale-cost warnings, localization, or app behavior does not match the wording inside the app.

SpecPour support does not provide supplier prices, distributor catalogs, tax advice, VAT rules, service-charge rules, alcohol-pricing compliance, happy-hour compliance, menu-price legality review, POS setup, ordering, inventory variance analysis, or market-price benchmarking.

Before contacting support

• Check that bottle or package cost, package size, pour size, cost age, and target pour-cost percentage were entered by your venue.
• Check that the workspace currency code matches the currency your venue uses before relying on cost or menu-price outputs.
• Review the visible cost rows, unit labels, unit symbols, and custom conversion factors before relying on a result.
• Confirm whether stale-cost warnings are showing because an ingredient cost has not been reviewed recently.
• Review any cost-book share text or staff spec before sharing it with staff or another venue. Custom unit labels, custom symbols, glassware terms, garnish terms, and method snippets are venue-entered data.

Do not send full vendor lists, private cost books, supplier prices, custom unit catalogs, recipes, target pour-cost percentages, menu prices, staff specs, invoices, exports, or screenshots that identify a venue unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

What SpecPour Does

SpecPour supplies the calculator. The venue supplies the facts. The app can seed and format a three-letter currency code, format values for a locale, and run deterministic conversion math, but the venue owns ingredient costs, supplier context, workspace currency choice, custom unit definitions, staff-spec terminology, tax or service-charge assumptions, target pour-cost percentage, final menu price, and local legal or compliance judgment.
