CrateKeep is a local-first copy-packet utility for exact vinyl copies. It helps label record identity, condition notes, receipt details, provenance, care history, named evidence checklist items, reusable item templates, evidence references, and export-ready summaries.

Use support when copy-packet creation, editing, local recovery, evidence-slot labeling, slot-template behavior, evidence references, or JSON/CSV export-manifest behavior does not match the app text. CrateKeep support does not provide price estimates, appraisal, grading, authenticity decisions, marketplace selling help, insurance acceptance, legal advice, tax advice, or dispute representation.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm which exact record copy the localization copy describes.
  • Review whether receipt, defect, dead-wax/runout, storage, optional checklist items, provenance, and care notes are labeled as intended.
  • Confirm whether a custom label belongs only to the active localization copy or should be saved as a reusable template for future localization copys.
  • Check whether the issue is in local editing, local recovery, evidence references, or export output.
  • Redact personal seller, buyer, address, payment, or collection details before sending an example to support.

Do not send record copy evidence, dead-wax notes, private storage locations, ownership notes, condition notes, collection exports, dispute details, or screenshots that identify a private collection unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

App scope

CrateKeep stores user-entered record-copy facts, evidence-slot labels, and template labels, then helps you keep or export personal documentation. It is not a marketplace, catalog clone, price guide, grading tool, appraisal service, authenticity service, insurance service, or legal record system.
