Overview
YardMark keeps fabric-to-pattern readiness worksheets on your device. It is built for fabric amount, pattern requirements, readiness warnings, remnant updates, notes, and export without a YardMark account, hosted sync, ads, or checkout inside the app.
Information You Enter
YardMark uses the fabric names, pattern names, source labels, yardage or meterage values, fabric width, pattern view, required amount, stretch, nap, direction, prewash, remnant values, worksheet notes, and worksheet choices you save to provide the app workflow.
Storage And Services
Saved worksheets, readiness warnings, remnant updates, notes, and export previews stay on this device unless you choose to export, screenshot, or share them outside the app.
YardMark does not read photos, pattern files, shopping carts, fabric stores, body measurements, or project libraries. The app uses only the facts you enter. YardMark does not require a product account, hosted sync, external API, camera access, photo library access, AI pairing service, or purchase processing inside the app.
User-facing data inventory
- Persisted records: Saved worksheets, fabric cards, pattern requirements, fabric types, notion templates, notes, warnings, readiness decisions, remnant updates, cached exports, and saved worksheet choices stay on this device.
- Transient search and filters: Worksheet search and filter controls narrow the visible list only; YardMark does not store search-query history.
- Generated exports: Worksheet summary text is generated from the selected worksheet when you share it.
- Cached or prepared exports: Cached export summaries can stay with saved worksheets until replaced, deleted, or Reset saved worksheets is used; files saved or shared outside the app are controlled outside YardMark.
- Notification state: None. YardMark does not schedule reminders or notification alerts.
- Recent history: No separate recent-history list. Active and archived worksheets are saved records, not hidden recent history.
- Clear or reset controls: Use worksheet archive/delete/restore controls, template controls, and Reset saved worksheets to remove active and archived worksheets, fabric facts, pattern facts, readiness warnings, remnant values, notes, cached exports, and saved worksheet choices.
Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics
YardMark includes a first-party local analytics wrapper for privacy-safe product event names. Those events do not leave the device, are not persisted by the app, and are not sent to a remote analytics service because the default analytics sink is empty.
The app's local event names are limited to workflow states such as create, update, archive, export, reminder, attachment, calculator, support, or screen events. They must not include fabric facts, pattern facts, measurements, remnant updates, readiness warnings, notes, worksheet state, and export summaries.
Debug builds used by developers may print the event name and analytics pipeline to the local debug console. Release builds do not write these analytics logs. YardMark does not include a third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, attribution SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, IDFA use, App Tracking Transparency prompt, account tracking, or cross-app tracking.
Apple may separately provide App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or aggregate App Analytics reports through Apple-operated systems, App Store account controls, iOS privacy settings, or diagnostic settings. Those Apple-operated reports are separate from YardMark's local analytics wrapper. The App Store privacy label lists data Darts Creative collects through its own systems, such as user-initiated support emails, and does not treat local-only event names as uploaded analytics or tracking.
Support Requests
If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.
Support screenshots, logs, and email attachments can include private app data if you include them. Do not send paid pattern text, fabric names, pattern names, customer project details, purchase details, private notes, worksheet exports, or screenshots that show private sewing plans unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
Your Choices
You can delete saved worksheets and remnant values using the controls available in the app. You can also remove the app from the device through iOS.
