SpecPour helps you enter venue-owned ingredient costs, build cocktail recipes, calculate cost per pour, scale batches, review costs that have not been checked recently, and export staff-ready specs.

SpecPour does not maintain local ingredient prices, distributor catalogues, GST/HST or PST rules, alcohol-pricing law, happy-hour compliance, POS data, ordering, inventory variance, or market price benchmarks.

Getting Help

• Add an ingredient with package size, package cost, unit, supplier note, and tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive setting.
• Add a recipe and choose ingredients, amounts, method, glassware, garnish, prep notes, and batch size when needed.
• Review the formula trace before trusting the result.
• Choose your own target pour-cost percentage, rounding style, and final menu price.
• Export the staff spec only after reviewing stale-cost warnings.
