Sillkeep is a local-first plant care scheduler for people who want reminders, widgets, history, photos, notes, and export without a diagnosis-service subscription.

Use support when plant setup, care schedule rows, logging, snoozing, skipping, reminder, widget, photo history, note, local recovery, or export behavior does not match the app text. Sillkeep support does not identify plants, diagnose plant health, prescribe treatment, provide toxicity or pesticide advice, provide expert chat, sell plants or supplies, operate sensors, or manage cloud accounts.

Before contacting support

• Check the plant profile for missing optional fields such as care schedule row, interval, room, light note, photo note, or last-care date.
• Confirm notification permission if a reminder is not producing a system notification.
• Review whether what needed care was logged, snoozed, skipped, renamed, archived, or rescheduled.
• Review exported plant history before sharing it outside your household.

Before sending screenshots, examples, exports, or attachments, redact private app data. Do not send plant photos, room or home-location notes, care notes, household details, JSON exports, CSV exports, or screenshots that identify a home unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

What Sillkeep Covers

Sillkeep stores user-entered plant care facts and helps you remember, log, review, and export your own routine. It is not a plant identification service, diagnosis service, treatment guide, toxicity reference, pesticide advisor, expert consultation service, marketplace, sensor platform, social network, or cloud account system.
