Overview

BinShelf keeps seller inventory work on your device. It is built for item records, storage locations, sales channels, fee presets, sale math, packing state, CSV import, and CSV export without a BinShelf account, marketplace sync, ads, or checkout inside the app.

Information You Enter

BinShelf uses the seller item names, SKU values, storage bins, channel labels, fee presets, cost and sale values, packing notes, archive state, CSV rows, and other notes you enter to provide the app workflow.

Storage And Services

Saved seller items, catalog labels, import review state, export previews, and notes stay on this device unless you choose to export, screenshot, or share them outside the app.

CSV import and export are local review and sharing tools. Exported CSV files can include seller item names, storage locations, sale values, fee details, packing state, and notes, so review them before sharing. BinShelf does not require a product account, hosted sync, marketplace login, payment processing, shipping-label purchase, customer messaging, or purchase processing inside the app.

User-facing data inventory

  • Persisted records: Active and archived seller items, item titles, SKUs, storage-bin labels, sales-channel labels, fee presets, sale math, packing state, handoff state, archive state, and notes stay on this device.
  • Transient search and filters: Inventory filters, import review rows, the undo buffer, and unsaved editor drafts are workflow state; BinShelf does not store search-query history.
  • Generated exports: CSV export text is generated from the current saved item records when you prepare an export.
  • Cached or prepared exports: Prepared export text stays in the local workspace until it is replaced or you use Reset saved items; files you save or share outside the app are controlled outside BinShelf.
  • Notification state: None. BinShelf does not schedule reminders or notification alerts.
  • Recent history: None as a separate list. Archive and sale states are part of saved item records, not a hidden recent-history store.
  • Clear or reset controls: Use item delete/archive/restore controls, catalog archive/remap controls, and Tools > Reset saved items to remove local item data, catalog labels, import review rows, the undo buffer, and prepared export text.

Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics

BinShelf includes a first-party local analytics wrapper for privacy-safe product event names. Those events do not leave the device, are not persisted by the app, and are not sent to a remote analytics service because the default analytics sink is empty.

The app's local event names are limited to workflow states such as create, update, archive, export, reminder, attachment, calculator, support, or screen events. They must not include seller item records, item titles, SKUs, storage-bin labels, sales-channel labels, fee presets, sale prices, notes, CSV rows, export previews, and packing state.

Debug builds used by developers may print the event name and analytics pipeline to the local debug console. Release builds do not write these analytics logs. BinShelf does not include a third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, attribution SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, IDFA use, App Tracking Transparency prompt, account tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Apple may separately provide App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or aggregate App Analytics reports through Apple-operated systems, App Store account controls, iOS privacy settings, or diagnostic settings. Those Apple-operated reports are separate from BinShelf's local analytics wrapper. The App Store privacy label lists data Darts Creative collects through its own systems, such as user-initiated support emails, and does not treat local-only event names as uploaded analytics or tracking.

Support Requests

If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.

Support screenshots, logs, and email attachments can include private app data if you include them. Do not send item titles, SKUs, customer or buyer details, marketplace order numbers, private notes, exact prices, CSV files, export previews, or screenshots that show seller inventory unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

Your Choices

You can delete saved seller items and manage custom catalog labels with the controls available in the app. You can also remove the app from the device through iOS.
