Hearthfile does not manage renovation projects, home finances, insurance claims, contractors, smart-home devices, household chores, landlord workflows, AI repair advice, or broad property management.

Hearthfile stores records and reminders. It does not provide repair, safety, warranty-rights, insurance, legal, or code-compliance advice.

Getting Help

  • Contact support if import, export, reminder, or document-reference behaviour does not match what the app says. Do not send private appliance records, serial numbers, receipts, invoices, or documents unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
