Start with the few facts you have. A name and one useful detail are enough. You can add the room, make, model, serial number, purchase date, warranty date, notes, consumables, spare parts, and service interval when they are available.
Hearthfile does not manage renovation projects, home finances, insurance claims, contractors, smart-home devices, household chores, landlord workflows, AI repair advice, or broad property management.
Hearthfile stores records and reminders. It does not provide repair, safety, warranty-rights, insurance, legal, or code-compliance advice.
Getting Help
- Contact support if import, export, reminder, or document-reference behaviour does not match what the app says. Do not send private appliance records, serial numbers, receipts, invoices, or documents unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
